Our common destiny is largely played out in the digital space. Together, we must join forces and skills to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow:
Making the Internet more secure, building trust in new technologies, preventing the impact of cyber warfare and cyber espionage, making our critical infrastructure resilient, and putting an end to cyber crime.
The InCyber Forum, one of the world’s most innovative cybersecurity events, is now established on both sides of the Atlantic to play its fundamental role of bringing together and mobilizing all digital trust stakeholders.
In its 15 years of existence, the InCyber Forum – International Cybersecurity Forum – has become the largest cybersecurity and digital trust event in Europe, with 20,000 participants, 650 private and public sponsors, 530 speakers and 82 countries represented.
Thanks to the support of the Quebec, Canadian and French authorities, the event is crossing the Atlantic and will be held in Montreal, Canada, on October the 25th and 26th 2023, for its second North American edition.

Human values in a trusted digital space
The InCyber Forum, as its founder, General Marc Watin-Augouard, reminds us, is a Forum, in the sense of Ancient Rome. That is to say, it is both a marketplace and a place for debate. The InCyber Forum, now held twice a year, alternating between Europe and America, is the sounding board for all initiatives contributing to building a trusted digital society.

INCYBER FORUM 2022
It is important to strengthen standards to ensure cyber security internationally.
All service providers must ensure that they comply with their data protection laws. In the meantime, the role of legislators is to simplify and harmonize them. At the moment, they are fragmented. But we are working on it!
Ransomware has become a major public health, safety and national security issue. The White House has invited 36 countries, plus the EU, to a ransomware initiative meeting in Washington, D.C., to explore together how we can team up to address this problem.
More and more countries want to put cybersecurity at the top of their agenda. By applying the basic principles of cybersecurity, they will be able to follow through on this issue and shine internationally. These are useful guidelines to help stakeholders make the best decisions.
